Funding and Fees  

2-Year-Old Funding 

Please check the following to see if you are eligible for funded childcare:  

If you are not eligible for funding but would still like your child to attend, we offer a fee-paying option at £19.50 per 3-hour session. Additional extended care is available on Fridays until 12:50 for £6.50 per week.  

3-Year-Old Funding 

Children are also eligible for Nursery Education Funding from the term after their 3rd birthday.   

  • Food charges: school dinners or a healthy packed lunch. School dinners are £2.55 per meal.
  • Snacks are provided free of charge  
  • Any additional activities or trips may incur a charge    

Fee Paying (Without Funding Code)  

Where space allows, children can attend on a fee-paying basis. Current cost is

AM Session or PM Session – £19.50
Full Day – £39 

  • Payment options can be discussed with the Nursery Team and the school office   
  • Speak confidentially with staff if you are experiencing difficulty with payments.  
  • Continued non-payment may affect your child’s place.  

Fees  

Fees must be paid through one of three ways:   

  • ParentPay – registration details will be sent home with your child on their first day   
  • Tax Free Childcare – to find out more information and to check if you are eligible, please visit https:www.gov.uk/get-tax-free-childcare. You will also need to provide your TFC reference code to the School Office   
  • Childcare Vouchers – if you wish to use vouchers, then please see the School Office   

Any parent experiencing difficulty paying the fees should speak to a member of staff, in confidence. We will endeavour to offer support where we are able. However, if payments are in arrears, this could affect your child’s place. The Nursery / Office will seek appropriate measures to recover owed and late fees. Please speak to the Nursery  Team to discuss your options if you are interested in this provision for your child.   

Friday Fees:   

If you wish for your child to stay until 12:50 on a Friday (to coincide with pick up times for the rest of the school) then there will be a cost of £6.50 per week for this as this time is not included in the funded hours set.
